kultyv.com is a B2B commercial website intended for farmers, agronomists, consultants and businesses involved in hydroponic and soilless farming in India and internationally.

Misrepresent your identity or farm details when submitting enquiries
Use any content from this website without written permission from Kultyv
Attempt to disrupt or damage the website or its servers
Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form
All product specifications — including EC values, pH ranges, AFP ratings, WHC ratings and expansion volumes — are based on standard testing conducted at our facility under controlled conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on your water quality, irrigation system, growing environment and crop variety.
Kultyv reserves the right to update product specifications, blend formulations and packaging formats without prior notice. The most current product information is always available at kultyv.com or by contacting our team directly.
Prices are not listed on this website. All pricing is provided on request through our consultation and quote process. Kultyv reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice.
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST at the applicable rate will be added to all domestic invoices. Export orders are handled separately in accordance with applicable regulations.
An order is confirmed only after:
Written confirmation is received from the Kultyv team via WhatsApp or email
Advance payment or agreed payment terms are fulfilled
A tax invoice is issued by Gromax Exports
Verbal commitments or enquiry form submissions alone do not constitute a confirmed order.
Payment terms are agreed on a per-order basis and communicated at the time of quotation. Standard terms for new customers require advance payment before dispatch. Established customers may be offered credit terms at Kultyv’s discretion.
All payments must be made to the bank account or UPI details provided on the official Kultyv invoice. Kultyv is not responsible for payments made to any other account.
Gromax Exports is a GST-registered business (GSTIN: 33BADPS1604N1ZP). A valid GST tax invoice will be issued for all domestic orders. Buyers may claim GST input credit on the basis of the invoice issued.
For export orders, documentation will be provided in accordance with applicable Indian export regulations.
Kultyv ships pan India. Dispatch timelines are confirmed at the time of order based on your location and order volume. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics, weather or other factors outside our control.
Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the logistics partner. In the event of transit damage, claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Kultyv will assess and respond to all valid claims within 7 working days.
Kultyv stands by the quality of every batch dispatched. If a batch does not meet the agreed specification:
Raise the issue in writing to grow@kultyv.com within 7 days of receipt
Provide your invoice number, batch details and photographs of the issue
Our team will investigate and offer a replacement or credit note where the claim is valid
Returns are not accepted for substrate that has already been rehydrated, planted into, or used in any form. We recommend testing a small quantity before full farm deployment.
The free substrate consultation and any agronomic guidance provided by Kultyv — whether through the consultation form, WhatsApp, email or the website’s tools — is offered in good faith based on the information provided by the grower.
Kultyv’s recommendations are based on standard commercial agronomy practice and our product specifications. Crop performance depends on multiple factors beyond substrate quality including irrigation management, nutrition, climate, variety and farm practices. Kultyv cannot guarantee specific yield outcomes.
The three tools available on kultyv.com — Substrate Quantity Calculator, Coco to Chips Ratio Formulator, and EC & pH Suggester — are provided free of charge for informational and planning purposes. Results are estimates based on the inputs provided and standard industry parameters.
Kultyv is not liable for any decisions made solely on the basis of tool outputs. Always confirm quantities and specifications with our team before placing a commercial order.
All content on kultyv.com — including text, images, product descriptions, tool designs, blend names (AquaHold, RootPrime, DrainPro, AirMax), the Kultyv brand name, logo and tagline — is the intellectual property of Kultyv / Gromax Exports.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially use any content from this website without prior written permission from Kultyv.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kultyv and Gromax Exports shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our products
Crop losses due to factors outside the substrate’s control
Decisions made based on information provided on this website without consulting our team
Any losses arising from delays in delivery due to logistics or force majeure events
Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific order in question.
Kultyv shall not be held in breach of any order or obligation due to events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions or any other force majeure event. We will communicate any such delays promptly and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this website or transactions with Kultyv shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu, India.
Kultyv reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available at kultyv.com/terms-and-conditions/ with the updated date at the top. Continued use of the website or placement of orders after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
